For Crepe we need: 2 cups flour 2,1/2 to 3 cups milk (depends on how thick you want it ) Salt and pepper 2 eggs slightly beaten For filling we need: 1 cup mushrooms 1 cup red pepper 1/2 cup sliced green olives Celery 1 large onion 250 grams shrimp Shrimp peeled For white sauce 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups of milk 1 cup of water Salt and pepper Mozzarella
