Spring rolls stuffed with shrimps cabbage and oyster sauce

We need : 250 grams of small size shrimp 1 cup cabbage sliced 1 cup carrots sliced 1 cup onion sliced 20 to 40 Spring rolls sheets For Marinating : Salt and pepper 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce 1 tablespoon soya sauce 2 tablespoons of sesame oil or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger 1 tablespoon of flour + 2 tablespoons of water ( glue for sticking the spring rolls together) Oil for frying
